The R751 double-decker carriages, also known as DBz 751, were manufactured between 1994 and 1997 by Deutsche Waggonbau AG (DWA) at its Görlitz plant. They are specially designed for use in regional transport and are characterised by their high capacity and robust construction. With a length over buffers of 26,800 mm and a height of 4,631 mm, the coaches offer space for 139 seats in second class.
