The Rg(l)ns (LüP 19.9 m) is a TSI-approved, 4-axle flat car for intermodal use – designed for transporting 20' and 40' containers as well as swap bodies. With an axle load of 22.5 t, a payload of approx. 67 t (unladen weight approx. 23.0 t) and TEN GE marking, the wagon is suitable for cross-border transport on the European network. The vehicle is designed for braking regime S (classic braking system) and also allows concentrated loads at defined intervals (including 2 m / 5 m / 9 m / 15 m / 18 m). The loading length is 18,500 mm with a loading area of 51 m²; a 70 mm wooden floor (fir/spruce), 16 articulated (removable) stanchions, and 18 lashing rings support flexible load securing. The wagon is designed for climate condition T3, clearance profile G1, and track gauge 1,435 mm and runs on 2× Y25Ls(s)d1-K bogies (wheel diameter 920 mm) with WM10 weighing valves; Pulling/pushing devices, corrosion protection, and UIC-compliant labeling are designed in accordance with the relevant standards.
